Furever Adorable Shipping & Paw-cessing Policy
We're so excited for you to get your paws on our cute collections! We ship all our goodies worldwide from our cozy little corner in Hong Kong. We want to be super clear: sometimes customs can take a little extra time to sniff out your package, so international delivery dates can vary. We appreciate your patience!
Paw-cessing Your Order
Once you place your order, we'll get to work making sure everything is just right. Most orders are packed up and ready to ship within 3-5 business days. During busy holiday seasons or fun promotional periods, it might take us an extra 2-3 business days to get everything sorted.

Made-to-Order Items: Our "Sips & Snouts" coasters are made with extra love! Please check the product page for specific production times for these special items.

Order Cutoff: To get your order processed as quickly as possible, be sure to place it before 12:00 PM HKT (Hong Kong Time).
Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your package is on its way, here's what you can expect:

Standard International Shipping: You'll receive your Furever Adorable package in about 5-14 business days.

Expedited International Shipping: If you just can't wait, our expedited option usually takes 7-10 business days.
A little note on timing: These are estimated delivery times. We do our very best to get your order to you quickly, but sometimes customs inspections or postal service issues can cause an unexpected delay, which is out of our control.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
As a friendly heads-up, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the package. These charges aren't included in your shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office to get an idea of any potential fees before you place your order.
Tracking Your Treasure
The moment your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. You can also log into your account on our website to see where it's at.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If you have any special requests, please give our customer service team a shout before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
If your tracker says "delivered" but your goodies are nowhere to be found, please check with your neighbors or local delivery office first. If it's still missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
