Oops! I need to cancel my order

We get it, sometimes plans change! You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to change your mind.

Just bark at our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number to start the cancellation process.

Since we're super-fast at packing your order, we can't accept cancellations after the 12-hour mark.
Something's not quite right... (Returns)

If your new treasure isn't a perfect fit, don't worry! You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, brand-new condition—unworn, unused, and with all its tags and packaging. Think of it as ready for its next forever home!

To start a return, simply contact our friendly customer support team with your order details. They'll give you a paw-some hand.
Who pays for return shipping?

Unless we made a little boo-boo (like sending you the wrong item or a defective one), you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to make sure your return finds its way back to us safely.
Did we make a mistake? (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you got the wrong thing, please let us know right away!

We'll make it right and will happily cover the return shipping costs for you in these cases.
Getting your refund

Once your returned item arrives and we give it a quick check, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.

We'll send the money back to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees (unless we messed up, of course!).

The time it takes for the refund to show up on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

To keep things speedy and simple, we don't offer direct exchanges. The best way to get a different size or item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for what you want.
