Shipping and delivery
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from Hong Kong. We ship internationally, subject to carrier availability and local delivery restrictions.
How much is US shipping?
US shipping is $10 for orders below $49.99. Orders of $49.99 or more qualify for free US shipping.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days. Made-to-order products may require extra preparation time; please check the individual product page.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, standard international delivery is estimated at 5–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and customs inspections or local carrier delays can extend delivery times.
Will my order include tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, we will email the available tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please email cs@fureveradorable.com within 12 hours of ordering and include your order number and correct address. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge. If they apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local customs authority can provide guidance before you order.
Can an order arrive in more than one shipment?
In some cases, items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive the available tracking information for each shipment.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email cs@fureveradorable.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
